My name is Donovan Jones Jr. I built HatchLeads because property managers keep losing rental leads not because they are bad at leasing — but because they are too busy to respond fast enough.
What HatchLeads actually does
A renter calls after hours. No one answers. By morning, they have already toured somewhere else. That is a solvable problem — not with expensive software or a new hire, but with one focused workflow that catches the lead, replies fast, and alerts the right person.
HatchLeads builds one workflow at a time. The first is almost always the same: catch the missed lead, send a fast reply, save the contact info, and alert the leasing team when the renter looks serious.
No giant platform. No 12-month contract. No guaranteed results that cannot be backed up.
